Fortunately, we now know there are a few different baby sleep positions which significantly increases the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), which is the leading cause of death in babies between 1 month and 1 year old.
In this video I cover what the safest baby sleep position is, as well as, what sleeping positions increase the risk of SIDS and why they’re not the safest option.
