Hey, guys! So as you can see from the title of this video, I wanted to share some of the information I had learnt whilst being pregnancy regarding exercise.
I had so much confusions on what I should and could be doing during each trimester, and since I found out these tips and have been working super close with a Physio, I feel so much better in my body and confidence during pregnancy.
So, please enjoy these tips I am sharing with you, on the do’s and don’ts of exercise, and always remember, every woman is different, so it is best to seek professional advice.
